How to Return Your Order
If you need to return all or part of your order, here’s how to proceed:
- Contact Us: Send an email to support@CamelCloth.com within 30 days of receiving your item(s). Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Approval & Return Address: Our team will confirm whether your return is accepted and provide you with the return address. (Please note: If we don't receive a response within 14 days after approval, the return will be canceled.)
- Prepare Your Return: Pack the product(s) securely in the original packaging, including all accessories and materials received.
- Ship the Return: Ship the item(s) back to the address provided and share the tracking information with our team.
- Refund Process: Once the return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 days through your original payment method.
